Last year I participated in "Brides Across America". Not knowing what it was, my mom and I drove from Cincinnati to your bridal shop. We could not believe you were just going to give us a dress! We cried the whole drive home, mainly from the shock about your kindness! I was in the Marine Corps for 8 years and served two tours in Iraq. It was there that I met my soulmate who became my husband on Oct. 7th. I felt like the most beautiful bride ever in the gorgeous dress you donated! My experience at Rebecca's was beyond exceptional. At first I was nervous. The store is rather small and when my mother and I walked in there were a lot of people and I was worried that I wouldn't get the time or attention that I was hoping for. But then I met my consultant, Mary Ruth, and she was just delightful. The store may have been cramped but all of her attention was on me and what I wanted for my wedding. What I loved most about this store and Mary Ruth is that she would not even let me TOUCH a dress that was out of my price range. I had an experience with a place the weekend before that knew my budget and let me fall in love with a dress more than double my price range, but not here. She was very accomodating, very friendly, and I just had an overall sense of comfort there. I would highly recommend going to Rebecca's!

I went shopping for my wedding dress at Rebecca's on Feb 1, 2014 and the experience was nothing short of amazing! My consultant was Caroline and she was awesome. When my guests and I had got to the bridal shop (15 minutes after our appt had started) I was greeted warmly by Caroline and Rebecca. Caroline immediately began pulling dresses and allowed me to do so too so I would not waste any time I had left. I was having a hard time choosing between two dresses and Caroline called another consultant down to give me an unbiased opinion which I really appreciated. I think total we pulled about 7 or 8 dresses and even when I was having a hard time making a decision Caroline went a little over my appointment time so that I would not be forced to make a hasty decision. The customer service was great, Caroline made me feel at ease and I loved that I had my own dressing area downstairs. Most of the other shops I had visited had shared space between brides and their guests, the experience was made personal which I thoroughly enjoyed. I read another comment from someone saying that they did not receive good customer service because their budget was $1,500, my budget was $1,000 and I received exceptional customer service. I think any bride looking for a dress should go to Rebecca's.
